We accept returns of products purchased through our website within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the product is unopened, unused, and remains in its original sealed packaging.

To request a return, please email sales@joancrisaloe.com. We will provide you with return instructions. Please wait for these instructions before sending your product back.

Opened, used, or unsealed products are non-returnable and non-refundable. After 30 days from the purchase date, all sales are final.
